Kirt Fleckenstein, Hospital Manager
Kirt Fleckenstein is the hospital manager at Perinton Veterinary Hospital. A member of the Perinton team since 2007, Kirt believes in the high-quality of medicine practiced at the hospital and is proud to be part of the caring, knowledgeable team of veterinarians and staff.
Kirt is a member of Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue and shares her home with two dogs: Bentley, a Labrador Retriever, and Ellie, a German Shephard. Her four-legged family members also include five cats, Mac-E-Doodle, Red, Katahdin, Meggie and Mattie. In her spare time, Kirt can be found out hiking with Bentley and Ellie, gardening, cooking and boating.
Charmaine Heffner, Client Service Representative Supervisor
Client Service Representative supervisor Charmaine Heffner has worked with clients and pets at Perinton Veterinary Hospital since 1988. She is proud to be part of the loving, caring family atmosphere at the hospital and finds helping pets and their people to be very rewarding. Charmaine's hobbies include gardening, hiking, going for long walks and photography. She shares her home with two cats, Kara and Lee.
Rhonda Rockwell, Kennel Supervisor
Rhonda Rockwell is Perinton Veterinary Hospital's kennel supervisor. A member of the staff since 2009, Rhonda enjoys getting to know all the clients and pets that come into the hospital and loves working with the caring, friendly staff.
When she's not at the hospital, Rhonda volunteers at the Seneca Park Zoo. She also holds a wildlife rehabilitation license. Her pastimes include reading, hiking, and spending time with her friends and her pets. Rhonda’s personal pets include a Shih Tzu named Mr. Chewey, and a Chihuahua named Peanut. She also spends time with her family’s pets, which include a Pekignese named Koala, a Daschund mix named Gina and a guineapig named Heidi.
Robert Lowe, Lead Veterinary Technician
Licensed Veterinary Technician Robert Lowe leads the Veterinary Technician department at Perinton Veterinary Hospital. A member of the staff since 1985, Robert enjoys the challenges that come with working at a busy veterinary practice and loves working with clients and their pets.
When he's not at work, Robert spends much of his time fishing, hiking, playing poker, playing the guitar and cooking. But most of all, he enjoys being a dad. He shares his home with a number of pets, including cats Lucy, Nikki, Morphius and Mr. Anderson; dogs Munchie, Chewie and Mojo; a Leopard Gecko named Olivia and three fish tanks full of fish.
